Information We Collect

We collect the following personal information when you use our services:

  • Name and surname — to address you personally and manage your booking
  • Phone number (WhatsApp) — to send booking confirmations, reminders, and communicate about your appointment
  • Email address — to send booking confirmation and update emails
  • Physical address / service location — to dispatch our groomer to your home
  • Pet information — name, breed, size, and any special notes about your pet
  • Booking history — to manage appointments and provide a personalised service

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled separately and are not processed or stored through this platform.

WhatsApp Integration

We use the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to receive and respond to messages, send booking links, and deliver appointment reminders. When you message us on WhatsApp:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number is received and stored to identify your account
  • Message content is processed by our automated assistant (powered by n8n) to handle booking requests
  • Messages are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes

WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. By messaging us, you acknowledge that your messages pass through Meta's infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your customer account and bookings
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via email and WhatsApp
  • Dispatch our groomer to your location on your appointment day
  • Improve our service and resolve any issues with your booking
  • Comply with legal obligations under South African law

We will not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent, and we will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only with:

  • Our groomers/drivers — your name, address, and pet details are shared with the assigned groomer to fulfil your booking
  • Email service provider — to deliver booking confirmation and reminder emails
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — messages are routed through Meta's infrastructure as described above
  • Legal authorities — if required by law or a valid court order

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data is stored on secured servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
